I’ve chosen a photo that captures two beautiful moments from my week: the rose is from our garden, the first blooms since they were pruned in winter; and the programme is from a concert in which my son played.
Monique has chosen a moment from her week: while hanging washing in the morning before work, she noticed the sun shining on these poppies, which were wet from the sprinkler. Despite being short of time, she grabbed her camera and captured the marriage of water, light and colour.
